BOSS OFFICE PRODUCTS WARRANTY

NORSTAR chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the ORIGINAL DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components, control mechanisms and electronic components. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for EIGHTEEN months. All electronic components for the massaging units have a 90-day warranty period.

The warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at NORSTAR OFFICE PRODUCTS’ option, of defective parts and components. The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, or if the customer does not perform the necessary maintenance outline below. The warranty is only rated for the original purchaser of the product and will not be honored if the product is resold. All warranties are for normal usage defined as a forty hour work week by persons weighing two hundred fifty pounds or less. The model B205 is limited to one hundred fifty pounds. Specific limitations are available upon request.

Should any component be found to be defective under normal single shift usage (eight hours a day), that component will be replaced free of charge. In order to get the replacement part, please return the product or part to the dealer from whom it was purchased. The dealer will send the defective part to the manufacturer, freight prepaid. The manufacturer will repair or replace the defective parts and return it to the dealer, freight prepaid. Customers must be responsible for maintenance of this product including assembly, cleaning, and making sure all hardware is securely fastened.

This warranty applies only to the product; the manufacturer is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special or consequential damages caused by any product defect. This warranty is the only warranty applicable on all Norstar products. All other warranties, expressed or implied prior, are disclaimed.



WORK SMART SERIES LIMITED WARRANTY

Space and ProLine II chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows: 15 years on all non-moving metal parts. 5 years on component parts including control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters. 3 years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration. Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage definedas a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a five year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All Work Smart chairs are built to meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.



INNOVEX HOME PRODUCTS

Innovex Home Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanshio for a period of one year: One year warranty from date of original purchase by consumer. Should your product be defective, INNOVEX will replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you. Whether you call or write, please have your model number ready for our customer service team. You will be asked to tell us what INNOVEX product you have, along with the date of purchase and the way you believed the product is defective. Please do no ship your product back to un unless we specifically request you to do so. In the event it becomes neccessary for your product to be returned, our customer service department will guide you through the process. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Note; All replacement parts or exchanges will be shipped standard ground services.

INNOVEX HOME PRODUCTS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may arise out of the purchase or use of any INNOVEX product: INNOVEX HOME PRODUCTS is not responsible for any personal property/equipment damage from the use of INNOVEX products. INNOVEX HOME PRODUCTS liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to replacement of the defective parts as described above.



GLOBAL LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Global warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original end-user purchaser owns the product or 25 years in the case of a corporate purchaser. This warranty is made by Global only to original end-user customers acquiring the product directly from Global's authorized dealers. The end-user customer's remedy pursuant to this warranty is lmited to repair or placement at Global's option. Consent from Global must be obtained before any warranty work is performed. This warranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, or "accident", shipping damage, or product use and installation other than in accordance with written instructions or warnings. It will also not apply when product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished by someone other than Global or because of natural variations over which Global has no control. Whenrepairing or replaceing a defective product, Global does not guarantee matching color, grain, texture, or dye lots. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labor. Global makes no warranty that any of its products are suiteable for any particular purpose and makes no other warranties, expressed, or implied, other than those set forth here. In no event shall Global be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is NOT applicable to end-user customers who use Global products for rental purposes and is effective only for products, parts, or components purchased after July 1, 2000. The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to end user customers in the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

GLOABAL-INDUSTRIAL SEATING LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Under this warranty claims must be made within 2 years from the date of purchase in respect to upholstry, frames, show wood, plastic seat shells, synthetic parts, caster and pneumatic cylinders; with 5 years from the date of purchase in respect to mechanisms; within 15 years from the date of purchase in respect to non-moving metal components. Warranty is based on an eight hour, single shift work day for users weighing up to 250 lbs.



ALLSEATING LIFETIME WARRANTY

General Guarantee Allseating’s warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of Purchase must be provided. Allseating will repair or replace only necessary components, at its discretion, without charge to the original customer during the warranty schedule. Please note that labor/service charges are not included under warranty coverage. It is at the discretion of Allseating.

Lifetime Warranty Allseating provides a lifetime warranty on all chair models except Zip™, Vitesse®, Tis® and Stop™. The lifetime warranty covers all chair components under normal use; 8 hours per day, 5 days a week with a weight capacity of maximum 250lbs except for those components listed below.

Standard chairs are built to accept individual users of maximum weight of 250lbs. For larger individuals, please specify Heavy Duty Package.



FURNITURE IN A FLASH WARRANTY

Most FLASHFURNITURE chairs have a 2 year warranty for parts. If a replacement part is needed, simply fax in your parts request, and your part will usually be shipped within 24 hours.



OFM LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

OFM Inc hereby warrants that the products distributed by it shall be free of all defects in original material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use. Limitations involving materials and components: Two Years. All fabrics, upholstery materials, Seven Years on gas lifts.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership. Damage resulting from shipment, which will be handled under separate terms. Damage resulting from storage, alteration, unauthorized repair, infestation, misuse, abuse, accident, acts of God, natural causes, and/or exceeding listed capacities. Products used for rental purposes. Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance such as tightening screws periodically. Note: Normal commercial usage for SEATING is defined as 8 hours a day with weight capacities of 250 lbs. (Models 700, 710, 711 and 800-L have 400 lb weight capacities, Models 241 and 242 can be used for multiple shifts at 250 lb weight capacities. Model 247 is rated for both 400 lb capacity and multiple shift use.) Within the specified periods of this warranty, OFM, Inc. agrees upon OFM�s option, to repair or replace at no further cost to the buyer any portion of the subject products which prove to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the buyer gives written notice within thirty (30) days of all such claim defects and proof of purchase is provided. OFM, Inc. has the option to examine any and all parts claimed to be defective prior to repairing or replacing said parts. This expressed warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. OFM, Inc. shall be liable under this warranty only for the cost, or, at its option, the replacement or repair of defective products. All incidental or consequential damages which may arise, including but not limited to, business losses, personal damage and third party liabilities are hereby expressly excluded
