How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

We offer International shipping to Canada which is calculated during the checkout process. All orders shipped to Canada will incur a $100.00 shipping charge per item. In a few instances, shipping to Canada has been over the $100.00 threshold. If this occurs a representative of ThriftyChair.com will contact you regaurding any addtional charges.

What are your shipping charges?

For most of the items we sell within the continental United States, shipping is free. Chairs must be marked "Free Shipping" on the product pages in order to revice free shipping. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $75.00 shipping charge per item. All orders shipping to Canada will incur a $100.00 charge per item. In the event that shipping cost exceed these thresholds, a representative will contact you regaurding additional shipping charges prior to processing your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long will it take for me to recieve my shipment?

Beacuse we cary such a wide variety of chairs that may be shipped from various warehouses from across the United States, shipping times can often vary. Please see the individual product descriptions for availablity and estimated shipping times. If the shipping time is of concern to you, please call our office and a representative will obtain a shipping date from the warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including, MasterCard Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, and check or money orders mailed directly to us. Purchase orders are approved on an individual basis and must be made in writing on company letter head and must include a contact name, phone number, and email address. Purchase orders should be faxed to 417-865-8812. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions concerning a purchase order.

How can I cancel my order?

All order cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 417-865-8812. If an order has already been shipped or the fabric has been cut, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

What are your sales tax charges?

Sales tax is only required to be collected on product with a shipment address in Missouri. The sales tax rate charged is 6.85% and is calculated at the checkout.
